Job Summary : Serves as a CaroMont Health Senior Leadership Team member responsible for the safe and effective delivery of care in all clinical and procedural operational areas, in hospital-based and medical group settings assigned. Performs daily leadership in the planning, delivery and process/outcome monitoring of clinical services. Participates in the ongoing strategic planning process at the senior leadership level, achieving the mission and vision as directed by the CEO and Board of Directors. Serves as an administrative liaison to assigned medical staff, departments, community partners, and service lines.  Takes administrative call as required.
