Mobile Acute Care for the Elderly (MACE) Medical Director San Francisco VA Health Care System About the Role: The San Francisco VA Health Care System is seeking an innovative and compassionate physician leader to serve as the Medical Director for the Mobile Acute Care for the Elderly (MACE) program. This position focuses on delivering hospital-level care to older Veterans in their home environments, supporting early discharge, reducing hospitalizations, and improving overall outcomes.
