Candidate must possess MD/DO from an accredited institution, have completed residency training to board certification, and possess an active, current, unrestricted license in any U.S. State or territory. Additional requirements: Providing patient care in the Pain Management setting in which includes clinical outpatient arena. Work effectively with patients, families, co-workers, and other health care professionals treating them with respect and dignity.
