Responsibilities The primary purpose of the Executive Director Emergency Department position is to strategically develop and implement the clinical activities of the Emergency Department Services unit, and to provide direction and oversight for the business operations and fiscal management of the Emergency Department. The Executive Director has the responsibility, authority and accountability for the 24-hour management, administration, and organizational development of the Emergency Department. Facilitates quality patient care and patient safety within the areas of the Emergency Department.
