HR Generalist Job Summary: The Senior Human Resources Generalist provides ongoing support in employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, HRIS management, and special projects. Functions and Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations. Advise on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures related to disciplinary action and conflict management. Conduct effective, thorough, and impartial investigations. Escalate issues as necessary to the Director of Human Resources. Coach managers in progressive disciplinary actions. Track and analyze employee relations issues and trends, diagnose root causes, and develop recommendations for corrective strategies. Makes recommendations to the Director of Human Resources.
