Manages the development, implementation and review process for all provider compensation. Oversees the administration of the physician compensation plan, while coordinating with the legal department to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and prepare physician compensation calculations. Analyzes and interprets contractual agreements as negotiated and developed. Maintains all aspects of provider payroll which includes but are not limited to quarterly production bonuses based on quarterly analysis of production and various reimbursements related to dues and CME as outlined in contractual agreements.
