JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Nursing Home Administrator at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for facilitating effective and efficient function of the Nursing Home. This includes assisting the Nursing Home Administrator in oversight of the facility and its functions both clinical and administrative while understanding the laws, regulations and guidelines governing personnel administration. This role collaborates with the Nursing Home Administrator and the Director of Nursing utilizing strong communication and organizational skills to drive optimal nursing department function while promoting practices that maintain high morale and staff retention.
