Description
The Clinic Administrator oversees the daily departmental operations for all Clinics within their region. This position will have responsibility for management of staff including recruiting, training, and disciplinary actions. This will have the opportunity to engage with practice managers on auditing, financials and the success of the budgetary guidelines. This position will serve as ground support for each practice for daily flow of operations and liaison for other departments.
Requirements
Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field required or obtained within 1 year from an accredited institution. At least three years related medical office experience required. Supervisory experience in healthcare required. Working knowledge of Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and all office equipment.
