Job Description: We are seeking a strong Medical Director (locums) for an Indian Health Services (IHS) facility in NM. This is a non-traditional leadership-heavy assignment requiring an experienced, reliable physician who can step into a high-need environment. Role Breakdown: 75% Medical Director duties (non-clinical / administrative leadership) 25% direct patient care Requirements: MUST have prior Medical Director experience MUST have Indian Health Services (IHS) experience Strong clinical judgment and leadership ability Team-oriented, low-drama, dependable personality Important Notes: This facility has had prior locums stability and professionalism are critical Looking for someone who can integrate quickly and function independently in a leadership role The housing is located roughly 45 minutes - 1 hour away so there will be a longer daily commute

Title: Interim Medical Director Facility Type: Indian Health Service - Outpatient Primary Care (Family Medicine) Location: 1.5 hours outside of Albuquerque, NM Start Date: May 4 th Length of Assignment: 3-6 months Work Schedule: M-F (40hrs per week) - Mon-Wed 8a-5p ,Thurs 8a-7p & Fri 8a-3p This job will be 75% medical director/non clinical and 25% seeing patients -Want someone who is easy going and a team player. No Drama License: ANY STATE LICENSE ACCEPTED
