COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)
Base salary:
Pay Range $313,995.53 to $502,392.85
Yearly performance-based pay Increases up to 7%
Relocation - $30,000 + as needed.
Sign on - 10%-15% of base salary - negotiable
Retention - 10% of annual salary at 2-year mark
Educational assistance: ISH, NHSC, AK Sharp Program
PTO: 6.5 weeks annually + 400 hours may be carried over/or payout of not used.
PLUS: 13 Paid holidays
CME: $5K + 5 Days
