Job Summary:  The Director of Specialty, Retail, and 340B Pharmacy Programs provides strategic and operational leadership for specialty pharmacy services, retail pharmacy operations, and the 340B program across the health system. This role is accountable for driving growth and optimizing financial performance through patient access strategy, payer/limited-distribution navigation, revenue integrity, and margin optimization while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The Director ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory, accreditation, and 340B requirements, including program governance, audit readiness, contract pharmacy oversight as applicable, and medication safety and quality standards.
