Responsibilities: In this role, you will develop and lead a team of Licensed Nursing Associates while providing clinical supervision to MedTechs and Resident Assistants (HHAs). Through your leadership, the team will collaborate to implement comprehensive, resident-centered care plans that reflect Brightview’s high standards of nursing practice and meet all regulatory requirements.
