Member Services Representative

Job Description

Customer Service :

  • Ensures excellent customer services
  • Fulfills responsibilities in a caring manner with members, community members, staffs, and guests

    Office Operations:
  • Performs front desk operations and child care attendant as requested.
  • Answers and responds to incoming telephone calls and inquiries.
  • Performs all related new member responsibilities.
  • Performs point of sale and pro shop operation.
  • Schedules new member enrollment appointments

    Marketing:
  • Responsible for providing information on all special programs for
  • individual and corporate memberships.
  • Accountable for providing information on individual and corporate memberships.
    Requirements:
  • Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proven communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with management, professionals, and general public.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Maintain current CPR certification.
  • Must have knowledge and skills needed to proficiently serve the people with a caring attitude.
  • Basic computer and clerical skills.
