Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree.
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license is required or eligibility for Illinois licensure prior to hire.
• Certification by the Board of Registry of the American Occupational Therapy Association is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Hospital experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred.
• Advanced postgraduate training is desirable.
• Valid driver's license if applicable to job responsibilities.
