Job Description
This position is located off-campus in Lexington, KY, at the Turfland Health and Wellness Clinic. The Nurse Team Lead will support the care of patients receiving inhaled esketamine treatment, manage daily clinic flow, provide direct patient care, and provide day-to-day oversight of nursing and clinical staff. This position will work closely with the Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, and providers to create, maintain, and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure continuity of care. The Nurse Team Lead will also collaborate with clinic leadership to support ambulatory operations, nursing workflows, scheduling, clinical protocols, and staffing.

Qualifications
BSN
No experience required.
Registered Nurse (RN) and must advance on UKHC Nursing Professional Advancement (NPA) within 6 months of hire and annual resubmission required throughout employment in this job title.
BSN with one to two years’ experience.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Windows, Word, Outlook, clinical applications. Supervisory experience, detail oriented.
Schedule
Rotating 10 hour shifts x 4. Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:30pm (40 hrs/wk).
