Job Description

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Education
      • Required: Master's degree: MBA, MPH, MHA, MSN or a similar health or business field. Actively working toward a research certification: ACRP (CCRC or ACRP-CP) or SOCRA (CCRP)
        Preferred: Coursework in healthcare finance or regulatory affairs.  
    • Experience

      • prefer 5 years in clinical research, including 2 years leading staff or a research program

  • JOB SUMMARY

    • The Clinical Research Manager leads the day-to-day operations, finances and compliance of clinical studies at St. Bernards Medical Center. The role owns research billing integrity from study start-up through claim submission, keeps each study on budget, and keeps the program inspection-ready for sponsor monitors and the FDA. It works closely with principal investigators, the Revenue Cycle team and Corporate Compliance.
