Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology
Job Details:
- Provide locum tenens coverage in a clinic-based cardiology setting while a long-term APC position is recruited and filled
- See 15 patients per day with 30-minute appointment slots
- Typical workday runs from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Core APC staff will cover hospital rounds, allowing the locum provider to focus exclusively on clinic patients
- Cardiology background strongly required; electrophysiology background preferred
- Coverage is needed 1-2 weeks per month for this assignment
- No call required for EP APC staff
- BLS certification required
- Must hold an active MN license or IMLC licensure
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
- Nearest airports are Duluth International Airport or Minneapolis International Airport
