Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical exams and treat acute/minor condition
- Manage chronic illnesses and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests
- Administer immunizations and preventive care
- Provide health education and wellness counseling
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare staff
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate referrals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Must have an active, unrestricted KY license
- DEA Certification
- BLS
