Urology APP Banner Health Clinic Sterling, CO
Banner Health is excited to announce a new and growing Urology program at Sterling Regional Medical Center (SRMC). This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of a brand-new Urology service line in the Sterling community, a chance to make a lasting impact from the ground up.
About the Role:
As the sole APP in this clinic, you will manage your own patient panel, providing consultations, pre-operative, and post-operative follow-up care for both new and established patients. You will work closely with an on-site Medical Assistant (MA) and collaborate with visiting Urologists who perform procedures twice a month. There is also potential to assist with procedures as you become comfortable, as well as participate in Telehealth appointments.
We are seeking a provider who brings a strong work ethic, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent setting while embracing teamwork and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
Position details:
- .4 FTE
- Pay Range: $49,400 - $59,400 (dependent on YOE)
- A minimum of 1-2 years of APP experience is required. Prior experience in Urology is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Monday - Friday No weekends or holidays
