What You ll Do

• Provide family-centered healthcare to pediatric and adult patients
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and coordinate referrals
• Document patient encounters accurately within 72 hours
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Enroll and maintain required certifications, including CA Controlled Substance Education
• Participate in immunization protocols and other preventive health services

What You Need
Required:

• Active DEA registration
• Furnishing License with Schedule II (NPs) or CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate (PAs)
• Immunizations: Flu, TB (X-ray or test), MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap (within 10 years)
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a family practice setting

Preferred:

• ORP enrollment in MediCal or willingness to enroll during credentialing
• Experience working with diverse patient populations across pediatric and adult groups
