ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

At times and when directed, may provide guidance and support to others while acting as a resource, trainer and/or preceptor.
Staff Education and Development
Provides ongoing education and supervision for group leadership, and overall staff education and development. Introduces
and educates on new treatment options. Collaborates with unit director on the appraisals, contributing observations from
group leadership level of skill and needs.

BS in related field or related life experience, training in substance abuse care is very valuable.
Minimum Work Experience
• Must be skilled in group facilitation.

An acute inpatient psychiatric unit with patients of varying ages and diagnosis. The unit is multidisciplinary with a fast paced
and high stress environment.

Pay Range:
$23.15 - $31.16The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
Anna Jaques Hospital is a 123 bed community hospital serving 17 cities and towns in the Merrimack Valley . The hospital offers a wide range of acute care services to meet the needs of our growing patient population including inpatient and outpatient surgery in fully digitized computerized operating room suites, cardiology including echocardiography and a cardiac cath lab, comprehensive cancer services, orthopedics, nuclear medicine, laboratory, noninvasive vascular lab, joint replacement program and birth center.
