This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: As Soon As Possible Start Date, Monday - Wednesday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Setting: Clinic
Procedures/Cases: General dentistry including all restorative.
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 days
Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Eaglesoft Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
