  • Location: Seneca, Pennsylvania

  • Assignment Duration: Approximately 39 weeks, through August 31, 2027
  • Openings: 3
  • Schedule: 36 hours per week
  • Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
  • Case Mix: General surgery, orthopedic, obstetric, and pediatric cases
  • Clinical Environment: Physician-supervised anesthesia services with a 4:1 CRNA-to-physician ratio
  • Technology: Epic electronic medical record (EMR)
CRNA Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) experience
  • Current registered professional nurse license in good standing
  • Graduation from a nurse anesthesia education program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) or its predecessor
  • Current certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or the AANA Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists
  • Board certification or fellowship training required
  • Ability to provide safe, effective anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical specialties
General CRNA Responsibilities
  • Complete pre-anesthesia evaluations and verify patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and expected outcomes with patients
  • Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitor and manage patients' physiological condition throughout the perioperative period
  • Provide anesthesia care for general, orthopedic, obstetric, and pediatric procedures
  • Perform appropriate clinical interventions and respond to changes in patient status
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to promote quality patient outcomes
