The electronic health record specialist coordinates the development, organization and presentation of training and development methodologies for the Franciscan Medical Group in order to maximize organizational performance and utilization of the electronic health record. This position is responsible for training all aspects and roles within the ambulatory health record and is responsible for the identification of training and development needs as well as monitoring effectiveness of programs. It is the responsibility of the incumbent(s) of this position to incorporate the mission, values and philosophy of the organization into all aspects of job duties.
