$47.50 - $71.25Atrium Health General Surgery Lincoln | Lincolnton, NC
Full-Time | Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
If it’s possible, you will find it at Atrium Health. We invite Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to discover an opportunity to join Atrium Health General Surgery Lincoln in Lincolnton, North Carolina
This full-time opportunity offers a balanced hybrid inpatient and outpatient general surgery role, combining clinic-based patient care with inpatient responsibilities and operating room assistance. The APP will join an established, collaborative team consisting of two physicians and one APP, offering the opportunity to build surgical experience while working alongside physicians with deep experience serving the Lincoln community.
The APP will support the General Surgery team across the continuum of inpatient and outpatient care. Responsibilities will include managing patients in the clinic, supporting hospitalized surgical patients, assisting physicians in the operating room, and performing appropriate office-based procedures.
This position provides a varied workweek for an APP interested in maintaining both clinical and surgical responsibilities rather than working exclusively in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
This is an opportunity to join two experienced physicians who have served the community for many years and bring significant clinical experience to the practice. The position offers an APP the ability to develop a well-rounded general surgery skill set through exposure to the clinic, inpatient environment, operating room, and office-based procedures.
