Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience.
• Physical Therapist credential verification required to start.
• Hep B required.
• TB required.
• Tdap required.

Assignment Details

• Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 3:00 PM.
• Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM.
• Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 3:00 PM.
• One-hour lunches are included.
• Floating is not required.
• Documentation system: NextGen.
• Dress code: Business Casual.

Location Highlights

Lafayette, Indiana offers access to both a college-town setting and regional outdoor recreation. Purdue University is about 15 to 20 minutes from many Lafayette clinic locations, and the Wabash Heritage Trail provides miles of paved paths along the Wabash River for walking and biking. Prophetstown State Park is roughly 10 miles from central Lafayette and features prairie landscapes, hiking trails, and an aquatic center. Downtown Lafayette includes the Tippecanoe County Courthouse and local dining districts, while Indianapolis is about 65 miles away for additional entertainment, airport access, and weekend travel options.
