Diverse Therapy Services: Offer a comprehensive suite of therapy services, including individual and family psychotherapy, as well as facilitating process groups that foster growth and healing.
Empowerment and Growth: Strive to enhance the functioning of patients and their families, equipping them for the next chapter in their mental health journey.
Person-Centered Care: Be oriented and educated in providing person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care to all patients.
Pay range for the Independently licensed position is $80,000 to $102,000 annually and for the Associate level therapist it is $29 to $33 depending on education, licensure, and experience.
