AZ - NP shifts in Gilbert - October 8, 12, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, & 29

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for October 8, 12, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, & 29 at their Corporate Health center in Gilbert, AZ. Provider will see ages 3+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. October 15 hours are 9:00am-11:00am. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
