CA - NP contract need in Sacramento - October 5-December 31

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting October 5-December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Sacramento, CA. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits including Women's Health. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm, Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 2-3pm, and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty including Women's Health experience to qualify for this assignment. CA DEA and furnishing license are preferred for this assignment.
