Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is required. Must be comfortable with and have prior experience working in environments with flexible staffing ratios; nurse-to-patient ratios may flex up based on staffing and unit needs.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Specialty care is tailored to diagnoses and procedures related to the abdomen or pelvic area, including gynecologic oncology, urology oncology, colorectal, pancreatic, liver, and stomach cases. Primarily cares for patients with known cancer diagnoses recovering post-operatively from surgical interventions to manage their disease process or complications. Nursing care focuses on achieving specific post-op milestones for discharge. Educational resources are provided to support knowledge gaps and procedure-specific precautions.
Shift & Scheduling: Various days of the week. Weekend requirement: yes, per unit needs. No call.
Floating Requirements: Floating as required and may float to sister facilities based on facility needs.
