Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1970 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Full-time, part-time, or PRN employment with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year is not accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift times may be 7a-7p or 7p-7a. Weekend work is required every other weekend in rotation with core staff. Holiday work is required (A or B).

Floating Requirements: The clinician is first to float. Travelers may float to a sister facility in Mesa if needed.

Unit Details: Patient population includes post-surgical patients, including appendectomy and cholecystectomy cases. No ventilator patients are cared for on the unit. No IV team is available. Respiratory therapy is available 24/7. Pharmacy is available 24/7, with remote coverage after 6pm.
