Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for November 16, 17, 18, 19, & 20 and December 21, 22, & 23 at their Corporate Health clinic in Tavares, FL. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday 9:00am-6:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Dispensing license is also required for this assignment.
