A well-established,family-owned pediatric practice in Paterson, New Jersey is seeking a PediatricNurse Practitioner (PNP) to join its growing team. This is a 100% outpatientposition with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or call responsibilities,providing an excellent work-life balance. The practice offers flexiblefull-time or part-time scheduling, with optional Saturday coverage available.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degreein Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a PediatricNurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active or eligible for NewJersey Nurse Practitioner licensure
- Current DEA registration (orability to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessmentand diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication andpatient education abilities

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $120,000 - $140,000annually (based on experience)
