Weare seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team as a full-timeSite Physician Assistant in Brooklyn, New York. The Site PA will be responsible forthe professional, clinical, organizational, and administrative aspects ofproviding high-quality medical care to patients at our Diagnostic TreatmentCenters. Thisposition is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys caring for frail andelderly patients and is interested in providing comprehensive care in both aclinical setting and the home.


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 (1 hour lunch)

  • Base salary $158,000-$178,000 plus bonus

Requirements:

  • Graduateof an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
  • NCCPABoard Certification required.
  • Current,active, unrestricted New York State Physician Assistant license.
  • CurrentNew York DEA registration.
  • CurrentBLS certification.
  • ActiveCAQH profile.
  • CurrentMedicare and Medicaid provider IDs.
  • Minimumof one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred.
  • GeriatricMedicine diploma, fellowship, or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
  • Experiencein geriatrics and/or palliative care preferred.
  • Home-careexperience preferred; candidates must be willing to provide home-care services.
  • Excellentverbal, written, clinical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Nomalpractice history or loss/restriction of license related to practice at theDTC.
  • Bilingualskills a plus
