Urgent Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a motivatedand clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join arapidly growing urgent care network throughout the Boston Metro area. This roleoffers the opportunity to practice across multiple clinic locations whiledelivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-orientedenvironment.

Schedule:

• Centers open 7 days per week
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM -8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full-time schedule: 36 hoursper week, part-time also available
• Flexible scheduling acrossmultiple sites

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate:$75.00 - $85.00 per hour
• Productivity bonus: $25 perpatient over 4 patients/hour

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted NPor PA license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in UrgentCare, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care preferred
• Current CPR/BLScertification required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment anddecision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication abilities
• Ability to thrive in ahigh-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
