What You ll Do:
- Provide total patient care in a fast-paced ER/Med Surg setting
- Administer IVs, perform EKGs, medication passes, and glucose checks
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care standards
- Utilize CPSI charting system for documentation
- Support patients and families through compassionate care and education
What You Need:
Required: - Valid RN license in Texas or appropriate state
- Minimum 2 years of ER/Med Surg experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends
Preferred: - Experience in critical access settings
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and block shifts
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
