Job Description
TidalHealth is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing neonatal team at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, Maryland. This is a full-time opportunity to provide specialized care to newborns and their families while working collaboratively with neonatologists, pediatric providers, nursing, and other members of our multidisciplinary team.
- 1.0 FTE, full-time position
- Approximately four 8-12 hour shifts per week
- One weekend per month

- Base Salary Range Starting at $155,000- $170,000
The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients, working closely with physicians and the broader clinical team. Responsibilities may include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing neonatal patients
- Developing and implementing individualized plans of care
- Performing neonatal procedures within scope of practice and privileges
- Attending deliveries and providing neonatal stabilization and resuscitation as needed
- Managing acute and ongoing neonatal conditions
- Collaborating with neonatologists, pediatricians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other clinical team members
- Communicating with and educating families throughout their newborn's care
- Participating in quality improvement, education, and other departmental initiatives
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Eligible for APRN licensure in the State of Maryland
- BLS and NRP certification as required
- Previous neonatal/NICU experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
