Your Qualifications

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • NPs must have family certification
• Current PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
  • NPs must have APRN
• Experience required, preferably in acute care, primary care, and/or occupational medicine
