What You ll Do

• Assist in family medicine outpatient clinic activities and patient care
• Collect vital signs and medical histories accurately
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Perform data entry and maintain electronic health records (Epic)
• Support other clinical staff in daily operations
• Ensure confidentiality and sensitive handling of patient information
• Adhere to clinic protocols, safety, and quality standards

What You Need
Required:

• Valid CMA certification and NH licensure
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Epic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Flexibility to work scheduled days and accommodate time-off requests (no more than 5 days RTO)

Preferred:

• Prior experience in outpatient or family medicine settings
• Data entry proficiency and familiarity with office procedures
• Knowledge of community health resources
