What You ll Do
  • Conduct remote diagnostic radiology/Nuclear Medicine readings during overnight shifts
  • Review approximately 80-130 mixed ED cases per shift
  • Collaborate with residents during overnight teaching sessions
  • Submit case logs along with weekly reports
  • Follow all departmental protocols and maintain high-quality standards
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely report turnaround

What You Need
  • Valid medical license in Michigan or eligible for licensing
  • DEA waiver (will be required for this role)
  • Prior diagnostic radiology or nuclear medicine experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

About the Assignment
This position involves overnight coverage at a busy emergency department with a small team of residents and a single radiologist on duty. The role emphasizes remote interpretative work, case review, and resident education, ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate diagnostics.

All candidates must submit a clean malpractice report, a recent NPDB report (pulled within the last 30 days), and case logs with their application.
