What You ll Do:

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments for inmates based on records and interviews
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and security staff
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on inmate needs
• Perform rounds in segregation and confined housing areas to assess mental health status
• Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention interventions as needed
• Offer consultation to other staff regarding inmate behavioral escalation and mental health issues

What You Need:

• Current or pending licensure/board eligibility in Tennessee
• BLS certification or in process (meeting CoreCivic standards)
• Prior experience in mental health assessment and treatment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
