What You ll Do

• Conduct psychological assessments and screenings for inmate populations
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on evaluations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and security staff
• Provide mental health counseling and crisis interventions
• Make rounds in various housing units to assess inmate adjustment and mental health needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure treatment follow-through
• Support inmates through therapeutic interventions tailored to complex needs

What You Need

• State licensure or eligibility to be licensed as a Psychologist
• Proven experience in mental health assessments and counseling
• Ability to work effectively within a correctional or institutional setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
