• End Date/Duration: Ongoing until credentialed and matched
• Shift: Part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Hours per week: 24 hours (approximate)
• Employment Type: Contract (Locum)
• License/Certs: State licensure in Michigan; NRC/State RAM licenses (processing time approx. 30 days)
• Experience: Prior radiation therapy physics experience required

What You ll Do:

• Perform initial and weekly chart checks for radiation therapy patients
• Conduct machine quality assurance (QA) procedures
• Plan and supervise HDR treatments and SBRT treatments
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient treatment plans
• Support outpatient radiation therapy services across multiple facilities

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid Michigan Medical Physicist license or eligibility
• Experience in radiation oncology physics
• Strong knowledge of machine QA, treatment planning, and documentation systems (e.g., Aria)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with HDR brachytherapy and SBRT supervision
• Familiarity with diverse treatment modalities and complex cases
