Job Description
Assignment start date: June/July 2024. Start date will be confirmed upon successful completion of credentialing.
Assignment duration: 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per/week.
- This is an 8-hour work day w/1 hour unpaid lunch.
OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, chronic disease management.
