- Other Qualifications: Epic Experience Required
- Conduct pre-operative evaluation and optimization for upcoming surgical patients
- Review H&P and relevant patient information to assess surgical readiness
- Utilize optimization protocols and resources within the facility's existing system
- Identify and make appropriate referrals as needed for patient optimization
- Work closely with the Surgery and Anesthesia team to coordinate care
