What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care within supervised model no blocks, epidurals, or spinals
• Support a care team model with a 4:1 patient ratio
• Cover assigned shifts, including occasional overnight/weekend shifts (not required)
• Support patients aged 12+ in a tertiary hospital setting
• Engage in specialized care procedures on a Level III facility
• Use Epic EMR for documentation
• Support staff including anesthesia aides and room turnover

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota RN license and CRNA certification
• Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience
• BLS/ACLS Tier 2 certifications
• Ability to commit to at least two consecutive weeks per month for initial three months
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
