What You'll Do:
- Assist urology surgeons with diagnosis and treatment planning
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment and care plans
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Assist in urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses and procedures
- Manage post-operative and follow-up care
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
- Follow universal precautions and OSHA standards
- Support departmental operations alongside clinical and administrative staff
What You Need:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred but not required:
- Urology experience
- Prior surgical or clinical office experience
