Provide disability evaluation examinations with an outpatient assessment workflow as scheduled.
Clinical Scope
Conduct structured clinical assessments and document findings
Complete required exam documentation and reporting
No ongoing patient panel or prescribing is referenced
Required Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active Colorado license
