Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $105.02

What You ll Do:
- Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for patients of all ages
- Support hematology/oncology team with assessments, treatments, and procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff to develop patient care plans
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up care
- Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR system
- Assist in building the hospital s bone marrow transplant practice as needed
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need:
- Valid Minnesota license as an NP or PA
- Prior experience with hematology patients (benign/malignant)
- Proficiency in inpatient care procedures and EMR documentation
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting
