What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a Level-III NICU environment.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Manage and monitor neonatal patients, including those on high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapies.
• Support family-centered care and communicate effectively with families and staff.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives.
• Contribute to the hospital s commitment to nursing excellence and patient safety.

What You Need

• Valid, current Nurse Practitioner Board Certification in Neonatology.
• 2+ years of experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to excellent patient-centered care.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
